Stadium Pizza offers one of the most rewarding fundraising experiences, combining community spirit with delicious pizza. Our fundraisers are designed to be both profitable and enjoyable, providing a perfect backdrop for your supporters to gather and contribute to your cause.
EVENT DETAILS AND BENEFITS
Profit Sharing: Your organization will benefit from 25% of the gross sales from regular priced menu items ordered by your supporters who mention your fundraising event. This generous sharing is designed to ensure your fundraiser is as successful as possible.
Event Timing: Fundraisers can be scheduled on a Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, or Thursday evening, excluding NFL season, to accommodate your community's calendar and maximize attendance.
Payment Process: Stadium Pizza will meticulously track sales during the event and issue a check to your organization, mailing the proceeds within 3-5 business days.
GUIDELINES FOR A SUCCESSFUL FUNDRAISER
To ensure your event runs smoothly and effectively, we have a few simple requirements:
Pre-Approval: All promotional materials related to the event must receive prior approval from Stadium Pizza Wildomar to ensure clarity and compliance.
Promotion Restrictions: All flyers and promotional letters should clearly state that the fundraiser applies to regular menu prices only, with no coupons or specials applicable, and that fundraising is not valid on delivery.
Festive Atmosphere: We encourage you to make the event your own by bringing in your organization's banners, balloons, and decorations to create a festive and inviting atmosphere for your supporters.
Earnings and Support: The more people that dine in or take out in support of your fundraiser, the more funds you will raise. Your organization will receive 25% of the gross sales from regular priced menu items during the fundraiser, ensuring a beneficial outcome for your cause.
