I just wanted to take a moment to invite your organization to take advantage of a great fundraising opportunity at Stadium Pizza Wildomar. Did you know that fundraisers at Stadium Pizza Wildomar are a relatively quick and simple way of earning extra cash for your organization and any special needs that you might have throughout the year?
In order to have a successful fundraiser, there are a few things that we require.
All written material on the event must be pre-approved by Stadium Pizza Wildomar prior to its release.
All flyers and letters must state the following:
*Fundraiser is based on the regular menu price. No coupons or specials will be given for the fundraiser.
*Fundraiser is not valid on delivery.
Have fun and make your night a festive one!
Bring in your organization’s banner, balloons, etc.
We normally hold fundraisers on Monday, Wednesday or Thursday evenings, except during NFL season. Call me and I will assist you with that. On the evening of the event, your supporters will dine-in, or take-out, pay the regular-menu price and state they are here for the "NAME OF FUNDRAISER". Your organization will receive 25% of the gross sales of regular priced menu items during the fundraiser. The more people that dine-in on behalf of your organization, the more money you will make. We will keep track of all sales that evening and have your check ready for pick-up within 7-10 business days following your event.
To book your fundraiser, please print and complete the Fundraiser Request Form and deliver to our restaurant or fax it to 678-0175. Please give yourself about 3-4 weeks lead time to allow for enough time to promote your event.
